Our Loin and Rib Steaks come from our Award Winning Pastured Beef. They are the finest steaks you can buy, thick-cut, tender, and flavorful. They can be prepared in a fry-pan (cast iron is best) using a spoon to continuously cover the steak with butter, or first seared in a fry-pan and then finished in the oven or on a grill at 400 F degrees for just a few minutes per side. Let them sit for 10 mnutes before cutting and eating.
