London Broil and Sirloin Tip Steaks come from our Award Winning Pastured Beef. These Steaks are cut thick and we recommend that you sear them first in a fry pan (cast iron is best) and then finish them in the oven at 350 F degrees until an instant read thermometer reads 130 F degrees in the middle for medium rare. Also, marinating prior to cooking can add flavor and improve the texture. Makes a great meal.
