Nuestra Top Sirlon and Flat Iron Steaks come from our Award Winning Pastured Beef. They can be cooked by searing them first in a fry pan (cast iron is best) and then finish them in the oven at 400 F degrees until an instant read thermometer reads 130 F degrees in the middle for medium rare. Once seared, they only require a few minutes in the oven to be ready. Let rest at least 5 minutes before cutting and eating.
