Flank and Skirt Steaks come from our Award Winning Pastured Beef. They have wonderful flavor, but are a bit tougher than other steaks. They benefit from using a marinade and do well on a hot grill or oven at 400-450 F degrees until the center is 130 F degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes before eating.
